Come enjoy the “Simple Pleasures” of life at our comfortable cottage on one of the most beautiful lots on Lake Seminole.  Enjoy the spectacular view while swinging in the yard or relaxing on the dock while you watch the ospreys, herons, coots and turtles go about their day.  Fishing is a must at Lake Seminole as we are the “Bass Capital” of Georgia and our 100 ft. dock provides you a great fishing spot. The Seminole State Park is only about 5 minutes away and offers swimming, hiking, mini golf, and boat ramps.  Bainbridge, a charming southern town is about 20 minutes away and offers antiquing, restaurants and even a super Wal-mart.  There are several good local restaurants nearby accessible by boat or car.  Our information book at the house will tell you our favorites.  There is ample room to park your boat and the Cypress Landing boat ramp is less than a quarter of a mile away.  There is even an 18-hole golf course nearby.  Come stay a weekend or a month.  You won’t want to leave.
